I recently installed v. 0.1.04.03 on my customers site which is hosted on godaddy.com. When trying to access ANY of the SlideMenu settings or the menu itself, I receive the following. I read a thread from last year that stated that the previous version did not support medium-trust permissions but the up and coming version would. Will I be able to use this on godaddy.com or should I find another module? Thanks. :)

I too just recently bought this module and also have godaddy. I am not too thrilled to see someone else have this same issue and no response was given for the whole month...

Well, due to goDaddy's very limited application pool permissions we expect our module to have problem running in their limited level of trust. However, clients experiencing this issue need to contact us at the Support Center. We have prepared a special package for goDaddy clients which is not meant to be in public access. While contacting us, please do not forget to mention your invoice id. Best Regards, TheDNN Group |
